The wedding that was not..

Yesterday i happened to attend one of my friend colleague's wedding. Well of course as you guess i didn't get invited :). My friend ask me for a company :). We just got the address details half an hour before and i just checked the venue in Google map and get some idea where it is. We decide to go by bus as we have to pick up one more friend on the way. He is waiting for us with bouquets. We reached sharply there(yes your guess is correct!!They about to start the dinner :)

Well we have attending so many weddings. What so special in this? It gives me real urban face and fast life of Chennai now a days. They had arranged some sort of marriage contractors to arrange the function. They occupied with their uniform through out the wedding hall. We just entered in the the mahal and some one guided us to go for dinner. That is very pleasant of course. But i couldn't find any family members from both bride and groom side. After the dinner we just Q it up for Ice creams and fruits. You will laugh if i say this. When ever some one violate the Q, a guy from that catering service start whistling and say please come in Q. Here too i can't see any one from the bride or groom family.

Finishing all these, we just went to the stage gave our presentation, err.. here too one of the guy from the catering service. We went to the stage as a group of 8 guys. But that guy from the catering service told he can't allow more than 5 members. (Is that a security thread??). I mean how he know who is close to the family and who is so important one?

Until the end of the wedding i couldn't see any one from the bride or groom family :( There is no liveliness in the wedding. It just a showcase of the catering service with their advertising all over the mahal.

I just remember my mother word now.She used to say we never book mahal for wedding. Wedding is an important function in one's family and at that time our house should be filed with joy and happiness with near & dears. You are 100% right mum. I felt it..

5 things to remember while driving

Guys,
This is my own experience i got while driving my two wheeler across chennai city.
The 5 things are,

1. Always keep 20 rupees only visible to traffic constables.otherwise you ended up with 100 to 200 rupees.

2. keep going left when you near signals. there will be always a narrow line for two wheelers to reach near signal.

3. Never believe MTC bus drivers and autos. They will turn any time any where.

4. Don't hesitate to violate traffic rules. Feel free to go when red signal on if no one crossing. otherwise people behind you will start to scold like who gave license to this guy.

and finally the important one is,

5. Don't follow chudis :)too dangerous.....
